Dr. Revanasiddeshwara M. Kuntimath is an accomplished academician, Professor of Economics, researcher, academic administrator and educational leader with 40 years of teaching experience in the field of higher education. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to teaching, research, mentoring and the development of students and educational institutions.
He served as a Professor of Economics, PG Coordinator and Research Guide at Government First Grade College, PG Centre of Bengaluru City University, Yalahanka, Bengaluru, before retiring from Government Service in May 2024.
Since 2009, he has served as a Post Graduate Professor of Economics and PG Coordinator, guiding students in higher education, research methodology, academic projects and advanced studies. His academic contribution extends beyond classroom teaching through research supervision, curriculum-related responsibilities, academic administration and institutional development.
His academic philosophy is centred on the belief that education should go beyond examinations. He believes that knowledge, discipline, practical understanding, research orientation and responsible citizenship are essential for preparing young people for a competitive and changing world.
